8 slices of Vall del Ges’ cured pork head
2 bananas
Extra virgin olive oil
Peel the bananas and quarter them. Put some olive oil in a pan and brown the bananas. Afterwards, place the cured pork head slices lengthwise and put a piece of banana in the slice center. Cut the meat so that the banana pieces are fully covered and wrap the bananas. Hold together with toothpicks.
