1 Vall del Ges’ dry sausage
3 large tomatoes
Extra virgin olive oil
Pepper and salt
Peel the sausage (if you have troubles, moisten the sausage skin). Grind the meat (not very fine). Grate the tomatoes and mix them with the grinded sausage. Add salt, pepper and oil to taste.
Suggestion: Accompany with toasts or bread. Slightly butter the toasts or season with oil.
