200 g fresh peeled beans
150 g Ricotta
1 onion (Figueres onion if possible)
100 g streaky bacon with pepper
Virgin olive oil

Cut the streaky bacon into thin strips. In a little pan fry the chopped onion. When it starts to brown, add the bacon strips. Fry for a few minutes and, once the streaky bacon is brown, add the beans. Stir fry until the beans are crispy (5-10 minutes). Finally, add the ricotta and a pinch of pepper. Stir energetically and remove from the heat. Serve to your liking and enjoy it!
